Here’s how I recommend setting up a toy rotation system. Get rid of most of their toys by putting them in boxes up in a cupboard that they don't have access to, and you only have a few toys out at any given time. Maybe once a week, once every couple weeks, you have them pack up all their toys and then they get new toys out. The idea is they're not over stimulated.
