My biggest fear was losing weight and losing my booty😭 obviously when you lose fat you lose it everywhere, but you can combat it by lifting HEAVY and building muscle. Full workout below 1. Mobility stretching 2. Hip thrusts/glute bridges (I would start here because this is usually the heaviest) I do 3 sets of 8 with a 3 second pause at the top. 3. Split stance deadlifts.
